I'm Luca Sansone — born and raised in Fauquier County, Virginia. I went to school here, built my career here, and I've spent the better part of a decade watching what happens to homeowners after a major storm rolls through Northern Virginia.
I got into this industry specifically through insurance restoration — which means from day one, my focus has been on the most high-stakes version of this work. Not retail re-roofs. Not new construction. The situations where a homeowner is stressed, dealing with insurance, and trying to figure out who to trust while their property is compromised.
After 10 years and thousands of completed projects, I founded Golden Goose Roofing with a clear purpose: to be the contractor I always believed this market deserved. Someone HAAG Certified. Someone local — not a storm chaser flying in from another state. Someone who treats every homeowner like a neighbor, documents damage the right way, and stands behind their work with a 10-year warranty.

Door-to-door outreach in storm-affected neighborhoods. Identify potential damage, introduce Golden Goose, and schedule free assessments. Performance-based pay with serious earning potential.
Sales Manager
Lead and develop our sales team, manage pipeline, and drive revenue growth across Northern Virginia. Experience in insurance restoration sales strongly preferred.
Project Manager / Estimator
Manage restoration projects from signed contract to final walkthrough. Build scopes, coordinate crews, and ensure every job is delivered on time and on budget.
Inspector / Technician
Conduct property inspections, document storm damage, and produce professional reports. HAAG certification a plus — training opportunities available for the right candidate.
